Ordered during the Founders Run? You're fully protected. Cancel any time before May 1, 2026 for a complete refund, no questions asked. Simply contact us at support@fizzpickleball.com.au and we'll process your refund within 2 business days.
The FIZZ 12-Month Limited Warranty
We build FIZZ paddles to last. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we'll make it right.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship.
What is Covered
- Core failure: Structural failure of the paddle core or face bonding — including hollow or dead spots that develop under normal play. Applies to both honeycomb and foam core constructions.
- Manufacturing defects: Premature edge guard detachment or handle failure not caused by impact.
- Structural deformation: Warping of the paddle face under standard playing conditions.
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear: Fading of graphics, surface scratches, or the natural smoothing of carbon fibre texture over time.
- Impact damage: Cracks, chips, or breaks caused by hitting the ground, net posts, or other paddles.
- Extreme environments: Damage from storage in temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C.
- Secondary sales: The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact us at support@fizzpickleball.com.au with your order number and a photo of the defect. We'll assess your claim within 3 business days and organise a replacement or refund. Return shipping for valid warranty claims is covered by FIZZ.
30-Day Change of Mind Returns
If your paddle arrives and it's not right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused paddles in original condition.
To be eligible:
- The paddle must be unused and in its original packaging
- The grip must be intact and unwrapped
- The paddle must show no signs of play
All returns are inspected on arrival. If a paddle doesn't meet the return condition we'll contact you directly.
Return shipping for change of mind returns is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. FIZZ covers return shipping on all valid warranty claims.
