By using the FIZZ Pickleball website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

General FIZZ Pickleball is an Australian business selling direct-to-consumer pickleball paddles. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Founders Run Founders Run pricing is available on a limited-unit basis (100 units across three models). Once stock at Founders Run pricing is sold out, standard retail pricing applies. Founders Run orders are final and not eligible for price matching to future promotions.

Shipping We ship free within Australia via Australia Post. Founders Run orders dispatch from Newcastle, NSW in May 2026. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, with standard delivery taking 3–7 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your paddle. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@fizzpickleball.com.au and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. As paddles are sporting goods, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on used products. Unused, unopened paddles may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Product Warranty All FIZZ paddles come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, FIZZ Pickleball's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
